I’m Keda (Kee-da), a creative producer working in brand experience / experiential events, with a special focus on cultural projects.

Work

Working for major fashion and lifestyle brands, I bring a rich creative background into the commercial campaign sphere, informed by many years of working in the arts. Previously conceiving and producing for placemaking (urban development), arts institutions, digital arts, temporary space pop-ups, immersive events, and theatre. 

Alongside stellar event production abilities that include a strong grasp of technical production, I have a broad creative skillset that enables me to create highly engaging experiences with concepts that capture the imagination of audiences, delivered with stylish aesthetics and design values.

Current Culture

A keen understanding of current trends in design, fashion, culture, and nightlife enable me to create productions which are “of the moment”.

Pitch Creation and Ideation

For pitch creation and ideation I draw on conceptual thinking, a broad awareness of art and design and a free-flowing imagination stemming from training at a top physical theatre school to generate ideas that have real artistic depth and value. 

Artistic Direction

I have a keen eye for aesthetics and a wide understanding of art, design and interior design, which enables me to bring visual flair to environments and experiences.

Cultural and Community Programming

Much of my arts background was about understanding audience engagement and making work that was accessible to all social groups. This also included outreach to different cultural or minority groups, which I have continued through my work with Vice.

An understanding of creative technology and its applications, following an artistic residency at Pervasive Media Studios Centre for Arts & Creative Technology.

I’m British born but living and working in Berlin, Germany. 

My original background in the events industry is in circus, theatre and performing arts which brings a distinctive quality to my work. 

Since May 22 I have freelanced as a key member of the team at Vice Media, delivering their events in Germany, whilst also freelancing on other projects. 

When I’m not producing events, I can mostly be found drawing, enjoying Berlin’s cultural offerings or making my Berlin altbau flat into a post-modern paradise.
